After placing your order, Rema Data cannot control the speed of delivery. It's up to the network providers (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) to process your data bundle. But rest assured — you will receive your data!

When Network is Good ✨

Under normal network conditions, your data bundle will be delivered within 1-3 hours. Most orders are completed even faster! You'll receive an SMS notification once your data has been credited to your account.

When Network is Congested ⚠️

During peak hours or when network providers experience high traffic, delivery times may be longer than usual. This is beyond our control but we assure you that your data will be delivered. Please be patient during these times.

After 24 Hours? 🕐

If you haven't received your data after 24 hours, please lodge a complaint through your dashboard. We will investigate and refund your money if the data was not delivered.
