Everything you need to know about reporting data delivery issues. Please read carefully before submitting a report.
Order delivery reports sent via our WhatsApp group or direct messages will NOT be processed. You must use the Delivery Report system on your dashboard to submit reports. This is the only accepted method.
Follow these steps if you have a delivery issue
If you placed an order and didn't receive your data, you can submit a Delivery Report directly from your dashboard. This is the only accepted method for reporting delivery issues.
You must wait at least 6 hours after placing your order before submitting a delivery report. This gives enough time for the data to be processed and delivered. Reports submitted before 6 hours will be rejected.
You have up to 24 hours from the time of your order to submit a delivery report. Reports submitted after 24 hours will NOT be accepted. So report between 6 and 24 hours after your order.
Once you submit a report, our team will forward your case to the provider for investigation. You'll receive an SMS notification on your registered RemaData phone number to confirm your report is being attended to.
After we report to the provider, you have 24 hours to follow up if the issue is not resolved. If you don't follow up within 24 hours, we assume the data was received and the case will be automatically closed.
Once the issue is resolved or the follow-up window expires without a response, the case is closed. Resolved cases mean your data has been re-processed or a wallet refund has been issued.

Ensure you use the correct Order ID when submitting a report. Only orders that belong to your account can be reported.
Abuse of the delivery report system (false claims, spam reports) will result in account suspension.
Log in to your dashboard and go to Delivery Reports to submit a new report. Remember, you can report between 6 and 24 hours after your order. You'll get an SMS once we attend to it.
