Everything you need to know about reporting data delivery issues. Please read carefully before submitting a report.

WhatsApp Reports Will NOT Be Attended To

Order delivery reports sent via our WhatsApp group or direct messages will NOT be processed. You must use the Delivery Report system on your dashboard to submit reports. This is the only accepted method.

How It Works

Follow these steps if you have a delivery issue

STEP 01

Didn't Receive Your Data?

If you placed an order and didn't receive your data, you can submit a Delivery Report directly from your dashboard. This is the only accepted method for reporting delivery issues.

STEP 02

Wait at Least 6 Hours

You must wait at least 6 hours after placing your order before submitting a delivery report. This gives enough time for the data to be processed and delivered. Reports submitted before 6 hours will be rejected.

STEP 03

24-Hour Reporting Window

You have up to 24 hours from the time of your order to submit a delivery report. Reports submitted after 24 hours will NOT be accepted. So report between 6 and 24 hours after your order.

STEP 04

We Investigate & You Get an SMS

Once you submit a report, our team will forward your case to the provider for investigation. You'll receive an SMS notification on your registered RemaData phone number to confirm your report is being attended to.

STEP 05

24-Hour Follow-Up Window

After we report to the provider, you have 24 hours to follow up if the issue is not resolved. If you don't follow up within 24 hours, we assume the data was received and the case will be automatically closed.

STEP 06

Case Resolution

Once the issue is resolved or the follow-up window expires without a response, the case is closed. Resolved cases mean your data has been re-processed or a wallet refund has been issued.

Important Rules

Please take note of these rules before submitting a report

6-Hour Minimum Wait

You must wait at least 6 hours after placing an order before you can submit a delivery report. This gives time for data to be processed.

24-Hour Limit

Reports must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. You can report between 6 and 24 hours after your order.

SMS Alerts

You'll receive an SMS on your registered RemaData phone number when your report is forwarded to the provider for investigation.

No WhatsApp Reports

Delivery issues reported via WhatsApp group or direct messages will not be processed. Use the dashboard only.

Follow Up Promptly

After we report to the provider, you have 24 hours to follow up. No follow-up means the case auto-closes.

One Report Per Order

You can only submit one delivery report per order. Make sure to include all relevant details in your report.

Correct Order ID

Ensure you use the correct Order ID when submitting a report. Only orders that belong to your account can be reported.

Fair Use

Abuse of the delivery report system (false claims, spam reports) will result in account suspension.

Need to Submit a Report?

Log in to your dashboard and go to Delivery Reports to submit a new report. Remember, you can report between 6 and 24 hours after your order. You'll get an SMS once we attend to it.
