When guests pay with Mobile Money via Paystack, the platform now verifies payment status more reliably and creates the order even if the browser closes or the callback is delayed.
If Paystack deducts MoMo but the app briefly shows failed, the system automatically re-checks with Paystack and fulfills the order when payment actually succeeded.
Duplicate webhooks or double verification calls can no longer create two orders for one payment — each Paystack reference maps to exactly one order.
Use Track Order with your phone number to find orders stuck in pending. Pending Payments also lists charges awaiting confirmation.
If your order shows failed and no data was sent, you can reprocess it from My Orders or Track Order — we resubmit delivery without charging you again.
Request a refund only when the provider shows the order as waiting. Guest refunds are sent to the MoMo number on the order, minus the Paystack transfer fee.
Reports are for orders marked delivered/completed but data never arrived — not for failed orders (use reprocess). Wait 5 hours after delivery, then report within 36 hours.
Three different tools — use the right one for your order status.
How a guest MoMo purchase works end-to-end.
Guest selects data, enters phone, pays with MoMo on Paystack.
Customer approves on their phone. Paystack marks payment success or failed.
Platform verifies with Paystack, then creates and processes the order — even if the tab closed.
If status looks wrong, use Track Order or Pending Payments; the system keeps syncing in the background.
